Oven Fried Wings

  • 1/3 cup AP Flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1.5 teaspoon mild chili powder (unless you're feeling frisky)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • .5 teaspoon Bulls Bay Smoked Seasalt (didn't really measure, honestly, just cranked it a couple of times)
  • Pinch of ginger powder 
  • Lemon zest 
  • 10-12 wings, tips removed 

Cut wings at the joints
Preheat oven to 425, convection
Pat wings dry
Mix all the spices in the flour
Roll the wings for a good coating
Place on a rimmed baking sheet (recommend a baking rack above so the heat circulates, giving you that flawless outer shell)
Bake for 25 minutes
Rotate wings and finish for another 10 minutes, until crispy and done! 

Toss allllllll up in your favorite Savvy Foods sauce
Eat on the couch and don't feel as guilty
Repeat as necessary, it's Super Bowl week!
