Molè & Nutella Cookies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (if they're large - you can use 3 if they are small)
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp backing powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Carolina Molé inspired sauce

Toss the butter, Nutella, and sugars together in a bowl and mix 'em up; beat in the eggs.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir this concoction into the first concoction.
Put the resulting dough in your refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets.
Flatten each ball (if you want to do the classic fork criss cross pattern you can - whatever floats your boat).
Bake for about 13 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
